The location was great- right on the beach.
The elevator did not go into the parking garage, so you had to lug your bags up the parking ramp in front of the hotel.

The room was noisy due to wind.

It exceeded my expectations for comfort and cleanliness. It

Good bang for you buck. Great location and views of the beach. If you have a partial or full ocean view. Nothing too fancy but room was adequate and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Uncomfortable beds, offsite parking on first night with no reimbursement.

Uncomfortable beds, parking on first day was not at hotel.

This is a unique style hotel which has excellent location. Because of the wonderful beach access there is no pool. The rooms are bit small but other amenities such as free towels and the use of beach equipment like boogie boards and grass matts make up for that. Walked across the street to surf everyday, beautiful sunsets from the lanai.
It is a great hotel but only meets basic needs.

Great location across the street from the beach, within a reasonable budget, but with small rooms. Staff was great, though. And the hotel lets you check out beach equipment (towels, rafts, etc).
